Thank you 🥰🥰🥰 I’m really happy to be a part of your Substack Go group. We can make a meaningful connection. Brandon Sanderson, and others have said, that being part of a group is one, if not THE ONE, thing that can make us successful. There’s magical power in forming bonds and making a pact with others. To share the same journey. We can all lift each other up and beyond to achieve success beyond our wildest dreams.

Thanks for including all of us along with this amazing poem. I am super inspired by your method of trawling creative spaces like museums online. Will surely try it for myself! 😃

I recently came across this Anaïs Nin quote -- but I can't remember why! It's driving me nuts now... lol

But the upshot is that it made me think that this is why things like horoscopes and the I Ching work. Everything we experience gets filtered through the "I". It's not a selfish thing. (Not really.) It's a survival mechanism. We are forever trying to understand our place in the world and, at a basic level, how to survive it. Even if we are lucky enough to have easy access to food at the grocery store at the end of our street and little chance of a lion or an armed "other" jumping out of the bushes to attack us, that primitive part the brain is still analyzing and assessing risk.

So in a way, the blue guitar is always playing things as they are. Things as they are for us.

My two cents anyway.

Thanks for the shout-out, Sana! What a great group we have!

Punit send me this way through his newsletter. I had seen it myself, before, but only now actually dove in to read an issue. I liked it. What kept me back before, is your title. Found poems are actually a thing where the poet uses texts (s)he finds and takes it out of context to create the poem. So at first I was hoping to find that in your newsletter, and not finding it kept me from subscribing. Just a thought to reflect upon. Anywayyyyy, I'm here now.
